One way students and job seekers will connect with the right companies and careers is by viewing Pipeline videos on the Internet (delivered automatically, based on participants’ skills, interests, and work values assessments). These videos will fall into two categories:

Videos promoting career clusters (16 total), pathways (81 total), and specific occupations (803 total).

Videos showcasing Kansas employers and their job offerings (directed to qualified students and candidates).
Upgrading existing videos
Kansascareerpipeline.org currently links job seekers to older videos produced by the United States Department of Labor. The Kansas Career Pipeline is partnering with employers to produce new, 21st century, top-quality videos. We want to give students and job seekers an accurate overview of each cluster, pathway, and occupation; we also want to capture what’s exciting and interesting about these opportunities. A good example is our first completed video, which features aerospace manufacturing.
