Why the 10 hardest jobs to fill in America shouldn't be hard to fill at all.
In an artice titled "The 10 Hardest Jobs to Fill in America", Forbes.com ranks Engineer as the hardest job to fill for the second year in a row.
Why is that? It certainly can't be because of a lack of career interest in engineering. While I can't speak for the entire country, there is definitely an interest in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) here in Kansas. As you can see below, there are over 30,000 Kansans in the Pipeline today that have an interest in the STEM cluster.
